Born and raised in the Bronx, Sharae Nicole is a NYC native who now calls Austin home. She has 10+ years of experience in operations, with an emphasis on supply chain management (both wholesale and retail) over the past 5 years.

Obtaining her B.A. in Psychology from Utica College of Syracuse University, Sharae freelanced in the fashion industry while working full time as an Operations Manager for an NYC Charter School in East Harlem, where she was responsible for enrollment, NYC DOE compliance, etc. for pre-K through 12th graders.

Through her internship with a fashion wholesale company in Manhattan, Sharae aimed to become a designer, but life had other plans. Luckily, she found a new joy when she was introduced into the world of supply chain management — and the rest is history.

Today, Sharae is driven in her work through constantly educating herself in her field, leading and inspiring her team, and encouraging those around her to take calculated risks and learn what truly drives them in life. In order to provide exceptional client service, Sharae puts herself in the shoes of her clients: imagining their needs and wants as if they were her own. With this mindset, she is able to not only give them exceptional service, but an exceptional experience.
