We had a great experience with Nipur when we bought our home! During the offer stage, he was not pushy at all, but rather gave me the right resources and real estate stats that proved crucial to coming up with my offer price. He was very easy to get in touch with even though both him and I were traveling right before and after the offer deadline. He was more like a friend when guiding me though the offer, giving me an honest account of the various formalities and which ones were important. He was resourceful - he called my insurance agent on my behalf to set up the insurance contact, he constantly kept in touch with my lender to ask them for exactly the items needed for the offer.
