Jade plays an integral role in overseeing condo project marketing from inception through delivery and has an abundance of experience working on Austin projects such as Seaholm, The Independent, The LAAN, 44 East Ave, and The Modern Austin Residences. Jade delivers a zest for innovation and collaboration while closely tracking the myriad of project details and serves as a liaison between developers, buyers, and Urbanspace’s sales teams. She has dealt with over $630M in closings and has over 1 Billion in project experience. Jade joined the Urbanspace team in 2015 while attending The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated in 2016. Additional skills include creating robust social media and ad campaigns, HTML coding, website development, and event planning. Jade brings a zest for innovation and collaboration to the team while also closely tracking the myriad of details that accompany project marketing.
