The goal was to drive the growth of an emerging South Lamar District, with the development of a design-oriented, attainably-priced, lifestyle-centered project. urbanspace was chosen as the sales partner, challenged with responsibilities of managing sales strategy and execution, marketing materials, website design, database management, and communication plans. Take a look:
clarksville heights
In close partnership with Macy Homes and Adam Gates, urbanspace has sold over 90% of this intimate conversion before the first unit received Certificate of Occupancy. This success was attributed to not only the location within the highly desired Clarksville neighborhood, but urbanspace contribution in the early design in identifying and overcoming the inefficiencies of a 70+ year old structure, while retaining the organic vintage architecture of the surrounding homes. Enhancements in storage, floorplans and finishes, created homes that met the needs of buyers in search of modern conveniences in old Clarksville.
flamingo
Flamingo is a South Austin conversion development, driven by developer Mitch Whiddon's vision to meet the need for attainable homes within the Austin coveted 78704 neighborhood. urbanspace was the exclusive sales & marketing partner, who helped to close on 100% of the units in 2008, during the downward shift in the overall economy. Sales success was attributed to a strong collaborative relationship with the developer; urbanspace creative management of limited marketing budget and resources in creating a unique identity, clear definition of Flamingo's target segment; and more importantly, the team's quick response with financing solutions that enabled high contract-to-close conversions.
